This Privacy Policy explains how beatoko ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications and related services, including Mi Mascota, Salud & Cuidado and any other apps published by beatoko (collectively, the "Apps").

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Apps.

2.4 Device and Technical Information

Device model, operating system version, app version, language/region settings. Basic identifiers used for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and service integrity.

2.5 Communications

Information you provide when contacting support (messages, attachments, and related metadata).

  • Provide and operate the Apps and features you request.
  • Personalize your experience and save preferences.

  • What is shared for moderation: Only the content and minimum metadata necessary to perform moderation (e.g., submitted text/image and relevant technical signals).
  • No selling: We do not sell personal information. We do not use moderation providers to sell your data.

  • You can often limit ad tracking via your device settings (and, on iOS, via App Tracking Transparency prompts where applicable).
  • If an App does not use ads, this section may not apply.

  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
  • Maintain security logs and prevent abuse
